What happens to the data of people who visit this site and people who write to us. In seven points, and without beating about the bush.

The data controller is the company that runs Crazy Booth Italia. Some company details have not been provided yet, and we won’t make them up: until they are, this page stays out of search engine indexes.
When you confirm the “Is that date free?” form, your request — name, contact, date, place, type of event, service and notes — reaches us and is saved in the site’s contact archive, together with the text of the consent you ticked and the time you ticked it. If you came from a campaign, we also save which one (the “utm” parameters in the address) and the site you came from.
At the same time the site opens WhatsApp with the request already written: you can read it again and decide whether to send it there too. The request has already reached us, though, even if the WhatsApp message is never sent. That’s what the consent box is for: we use the data to answer you about the date and, if we reach an agreement, to organise the service.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email we process the data you give us — name, contact details, date and place of the event — to answer your request and, if we reach an agreement, to organise the service. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures at your request.
This site sets no cookies, neither technical nor profiling ones, and uses no analytics tool: there’s no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, nothing that counts visits or follows you from one page to the next.
The only measurement is anonymous: when you press a link to WhatsApp, the site records the page and the time of the click, with no data about who pressed it. It tells us which pages requests come from.
In your browser the site only writes: one line in local storage (crazybooth:privacy-notice) with the date you closed the notice at the bottom of the page; for the length of your visit, the campaign you came from (frame:campaign), which reaches us only if you send the form; and, if the site shows you a notice in the foreground, the fact that you have already seen it (frame-popup:…). They stay on your device and are deleted when you clear the site’s data from your browser.
The site is hosted on Netlify, which logs the normal technical server access data — including the IP address — as any hosting service does. The archive of requests sent from the form is on Netlify too. WhatsApp conversations go through the servers of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., under their terms.
There’s nothing else. The typefaces are served from this same domain and not from Google Fonts, so opening a page doesn’t send your IP address to any third party other than the host.
We keep the data of people who write to us for as long as it takes to answer and, if we reach an agreement, for the resulting accounting and tax obligations. The exact period is the other missing detail:

You can request access to, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@crazyboothitalia.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
