What happens at the venue

At a corporate event the booth doesn’t stand in the middle of the room: it stands where people really stop — the entrance, the buffet, the area between one session and the next. That’s where the queue forms, and that’s where the ice breaks between colleagues who had never spoken.

What you get out of it is twofold. On one side the object: a print with your logo on the frame, which the guest puts in a pocket and looks at again at home — something no online gallery can match. On the other the content: clips and photos ready to post while the event is still going on, not the following Monday.

We set up before the first guest arrives, stay for the whole event and take it down at the end. There’s one single contact, from the first email to the night of the event.

The questions from companies

Can we put our logo on the prints?

Yes, and it’s the main reason it makes sense at a corporate event. Logo, colours and tagline go on the print frame and on the backdrop: every photo that comes out is an object with your brand on it that someone takes away.

Can we use the content on our channels?

Yes. The clips and photos are ready to post during the event, not the week after. Guest releases remain your responsibility: we mention it up front because it’s the thing most often forgotten at a corporate event.

Does it work at a convention with a stage?

Yes, and it usually sits in the entrance area or near the catering — where people stop between one session and the next. At TEDx Mestre that’s exactly where it was.

How much space do you need, and what do you need from the venue?

A few square metres for the photobooth and a nearby power socket; for the 360, a clear area around the platform. If you send us the floor plan, we’ll tell you in advance where it makes sense to put it.

Who is our contact on the day of the event?

The same person you have spoken to since the first enquiry. There’s no hand-over between whoever sells and whoever delivers.

Which date do you have in mind?

Tell us the date, the venue and what kind of event it is: we’ll reply with our availability and the most suitable format.
